Inpixon Announces Pricing of $30.0 Million Registered Direct Offering Priced At-The-Market
February 12, 2021 8:45 AM ESTPALO ALTO, Calif., Feb. 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Inpixon (Nasdaq: INPX), the Indoor Intelligence company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with a single institutional investor to purchase 15,000,000 shares of common stock (or pre-funded warrants in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 15,000,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $2.00 per share (or $1.999 per pre-funded warrant) and accompanying warrant in a registered direct offering priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The warrants have an exercise price of $2.00 per share, are exercisable immediately, and will expire five years following the date of issuance.Â
