February 12, 2021 7:35 AM ESTW. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.76, $0.29 better than the analyst estimate of $0.47. Revenue for the quarter came in at $307.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $300.73 million.
