CollPlant Announces $35.0 Million Registered Direct Offering of American Depositary Shares
February 11, 2021 11:23 PM ESTREHOVOT, Israel, Feb. 11, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CollPlant Biotechnologies (NASDAQ: CLGN), today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with several healthcare-focused and other institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 2,000,000 of the Company's American Depositary Shares (ADSs), at a purchase price of $17.50 per ADS, in a registered direct offering. Each ADS represents one (1) ordinary share, par value NIS 1.50 per share, of CollPlant. The offering is expected to close on or about February 17, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
