(Nasdaq: CDAK) (Codiak), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on pioneering the development of exosome-based therapeutics as a new class of medicines, announced today the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 2,750,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $21.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $57.8 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
