Apria Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
February 10, 2021 9:01 PM ESTINDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 10, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Apria, Inc. (the Company or Apria) (Nasdaq: APR) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 7,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $20.00 per share. The selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,125,000 shares of common stock. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on February 11, 2021 under the symbol APR. The offering is expected to close on February 16, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
