Taylor Morrison Reports Fourth Quarter 2020 Results, Including 31% Year-Over-Year Growth to 3.4 Net Sales Orders per Community
February 10, 2021 6:55 AM ESTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Feb. 10, 2021 /PRNewswire/ --Â Taylor Morrison Home Corporation (NYSE: TMHC), the nation's fifth largest homebuilder, today announced financial results for the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2020. The Company reported net income of $94 million, or $0.72 per diluted share, up 41 percent from the prior-year period. Adjusted net income was $115 million, or $0.87 per diluted share, after excluding transaction-related expenses and other unusual items.
