SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Opendoor Technologies Inc. (Opendoor) (Nasdaq: OPEN), a leading digital platform for residential real estate, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 24,000,000 shares of its common stock. All of the shares in the proposed offering will be sold by Opendoor.
