SAP SE Raises Pricing for 'Massively Oversubscribed' Qualtrics IPO
January 27, 2021 6:30 AM ESTQualtrics, a tech company that gauges customer and employee sentiment, is due to make its market debut on the Nasdaq Global Select Market tomorrow, under the symbol XM.
The company, owned by German tech titan SAP SE (NYSE; SAP), is looking to sell 50.4 million shares at a price between $27 to $29 per share, it is said in the filling. This is the second price revision as Qualtrics already... More
