Lam Research (LRCX) Tops Q2 Earnings and Revenue Estimates, Firms Raise Numbers and PT
January 28, 2021 7:17 AM ESTLam Research (NASDAQ: LRCX) delivered stronger-than-expected figures for its second quarter that ended December 27.
LRCX finished the quarter with a profit of $869.2 million, which translates into earnings per share of $5.96. On an adjusted basis, the company recorded EPS of $6.03. This is higher than $5.64 expected from analysts.
Revenue came in at $3.46 billion to top the Street consensus of $3.33 billion. As for the current quarter, LRCX expects to earn between $6.15 to $6.95 per share, with the midpoint higher than $5.70 expected from the market analysts. Similarly, revenue forecast is $3.5 billion to... More
