NASDAQ (NDAQ) Tops Q4 EPS by 15c, Revenues Beat
January 27, 2021 7:05 AM ESTNASDAQ (NASDAQ: NDAQ) reported Q4 EPS of $1.60, $0.15 better than the analyst estimate of $1.45. Revenue for the quarter came in at $788 million versus the consensus estimate of $748.98 million.
2020 net revenues1 were $2,903 million, an increase of 15% over 2019. Revenues in the Solutions segments2 increased 11%, while Market Services revenues increased 21% due to elevated trading volumes.Fourth quarter 2020 net revenues were $788 million, an increase of 22% over the fourth quarter of 2019.
