PLANO, Texas, Jan. 26, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DZS Inc. (NASDAQ: DZSI) (the Company or DZS) today announced that it has priced its underwritten registered public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share.
