Provention Bio Announces Pricing of $100 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: PRVB), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to intercepting and preventing immune-mediated diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share.
