Provention Bio Announces Pricing of $100 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

RED BANK, N.J., Jan. 13, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Provention Bio, Inc. (Nasdaq: PRVB), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to intercepting and preventing immune-mediated diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share. Gross proceeds to Provention Bio from the offering are expected to be $100 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Provention Bio.
