Realty Income (O) Announces Commencement of 10.5M Share Common Stock Public Offering
January 11, 2021 4:10 PM ESTRealty Income Corporation (Realty Income, NYSE: O), The Monthly Dividend Company®, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 10,500,000 shares of common stock. The company also plans to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,575,000 additional shares of common stock. The joint book-running managers for the offering are BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo Securities and Citigroup.
