DermTech Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
January 7, 2021 12:00 AM ESTLA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DermTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: DMTK) (DermTech), a leader in precision dermatology enabled by a non-invasive skin genomics platform, announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 4,237,288 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $29.50 per share. DermTechs gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $125 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
