BRP Group, Inc. Announces Pricing of Its Public Offering of Common Stock
December 8, 2020 11:29 PM ESTTAMPA, Fla., Dec. 08, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- BRP Group, Inc. (BRP or the Company) (NASDAQ: BRP) today announced the pricing of its offering of 8,750,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $29.50 per share. The underwriters for the offering also have a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,312,500 additional shares of its Class A common stock. BRP Class A common stock trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol BRP. The offering is expected to close on December 11, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
