Repligen Corporation Prices Public Offering of Shares of Common Stock
December 7, 2020 9:40 PM ESTWALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 07, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Repligen Corporation (NASDAQ: RGEN) today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 1.5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $181 per share. In addition, Repligen Corporation has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
