Fortive Reports Third Quarter 2020 Results
October 27, 2020 4:15 PM EDTEVERETT, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fortive Corporation (Fortive) (NYSE: FTV) today announced results for the third quarter 2020.
For the third quarter ended September 25, 2020, net earnings from continuing operations attributable to common stockholders were $208.5 million. For the same period, adjusted net earnings from continuing operations were $338.5 million. Diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations for the third quarter ended September 25, 2020 were $0.61. For the same period, adjusted diluted net earnings per share from continuing operations were $0.94.
