Webster Reports Third Quarter 2020 Earnings Of $0.75 Per Diluted Share
October 22, 2020 7:30 AM EDTWATERBURY, Conn., Oct. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A. and its HSA Bank division, today announced earnings applicable to common shareholders of $66.9 million, or $0.75 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, compared to $91.4 million, or $1.00 per diluted share, for the quarter ended September 30, 2019.
