Natura &Co Announces Follow-On Offering
October 1, 2020 7:13 AM EDTSÃO PAULO, Oct. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Natura &Co (NYSE: NTCO and B3: NTCO3) today announced that it has commenced a global offering of approximately R$6,207.2 million (US$1,106.3 million), based on a price of R$51.13 per share, corresponding to the closing price of the common shares on the Novo Mercado segment of the São Paulo Stock Exchange (B3 S.A.
