Cardiff Oncology Announces Proposed Public Offering

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Cardiff Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: CRDF), a clinical-stage oncology therapeutics company developing drugs to treat cancers with the greatest medical need for new treatment options, including KRAS-mutated colorectal cancer, castration-resistant prostate cancer and leukemia, announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of its shares of common stock. In addition, Cardiff Oncology expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of its shares of common stock sold in the public offering. All of the shares are being offered by Cardiff Oncology.
