Wave Life Sciences Prices $100 Million Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

(Nasdaq: WVE), a clinical-stage genetic medicines company committed to delivering life-changing treatments for people battling devastating diseases, announced today the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 8,333,334 of its ordinary shares at a price to the public of $12.00 per ordinary share. Gross proceeds to Wave Life Sciences from the offering are expected to be approximately $100Â million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses.
