NuCana Announces Pricing of a Public Offering of American Depositary Shares
September 17, 2020 7:00 AM EDTEDINBURGH, United Kingdom, Sept. 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- NuCana plc, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on significantly improving treatment outcomes for patients with cancer, announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 15,555,556 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) at a price to the public of $4.50 per ADS, for total gross proceeds of approximately $70.0 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses. Each ADS represents one ordinary share of NuCana.
