Snowflake Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
September 15, 2020 11:20 PM EDTSAN MATEO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Snowflake, the cloud data platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 28,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $120.00 per share.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol SNOW on September 16, 2020, and the offering is expected to close on September 18, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
