CooperCompanies Announces Third Quarter 2020 Results
September 3, 2020 4:16 PM EDTSAN RAMON, Calif., Sept. 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CooperCompanies (NYSE: COO) today announced financial results for its fiscal third quarter ended July 31, 2020.
Revenue decreased 15% year-over-year to $578.2 million. CooperVision (CVI) revenue down 12% to $449.3 million, and CooperSurgical (CSI) revenue down 24% to $128.9 million.GAAP diluted earnings per share $1.12, down $1.28 or 53% from last year's third quarter.
Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share $2.28, down $0.95 or 30% from last year's third quarter. See "Reconciliation of Selected GAAP Results to Non-GAAP Results" below.
