Five Below (FIVE) Tops Q2 EPS by 39c, Revenues Beat
September 2, 2020 4:03 PM EDTFive Below (NASDAQ: FIVE) reported Q2 EPS of $0.53, $0.39 better than the analyst estimate of $0.14. Revenue for the quarter came in at $426.1 million versus the consensus estimate of $405.83 million.
For the second quarter ended August 1, 2020:Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company temporarily closed all of its stores as of March 20, 2020. These stores began to reopen in late April 2020 in compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
