B. Riley Financial Prices $32.5 Million Offering of Depositary Shares

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- B. Riley Financial, Inc. (NASDAQ: RILY) ("B. Riley" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of its underwritten registered public offering of 1,300,000 depositary shares at an initial public offering price of $25.00 per depositary share, raising gross proceeds of $32.5 million before deducting underwriting discounts and other estimated offering expenses.
