Equillium Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
August 13, 2020 9:41 PM EDTLA JOLLA, Calif., Aug. 13, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equillium, Inc. (Nasdaq: EQ), a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing itolizumab to treat severe autoimmune and inflammatory disorders, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $7.00 per share.
