August 11, 2020 11:21 PM EDTMENLO PARK, Calif., Aug. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (Nasdaq: PACB) (Pacific Biosciences or the Company) today announced that it has priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 19,430,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.47 per share. The offering is expected to close on or about August 14, 2020 subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions. Pacific Biosciences also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,914,500 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. Before deducting...
