Prudential Financial (PRU) Declares $1.10 Quarterly Dividend; 6.2% Yield
August 11, 2020 4:53 PM EDTPrudential Financial (NYSE: PRU) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, or $4.4 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 25, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 24, 2020.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6.2 percent.

August 11, 2020 7:39 AM EDTPrudential Financial, Inc. (NYSE: PRU) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with Taishin Financial Holding Co., Ltd., a leading Taiwan-based financial institution, to sell Prudential Life Insurance Company of Taiwan Inc.
Under the terms of the agreement, Prudential Financial will sell 100% of its life insurance business in Taiwan.
