Blue Apron Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
August 5, 2020 11:51 PM EDTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: APRN) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $9.25 per share. The gross proceeds to Blue Apron from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Blue Apron, and without giving effect to any exercise of the underwriters option to purchase additional shares, are expected to be approximately $37 million.
