Quaker Houghton Announces Second Quarter Results
August 5, 2020 4:25 PM EDTCONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., Aug. 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Quaker Chemical Corporation ("the Company", also known as Quaker Houghton) (NYSE: KWR) today announced second quarter results and provided an update regarding the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Company. Second quarter of 2020 net sales were $286.0 million, an increase of 39% compared to the second quarter of 2019. The increase was driven by additional net sales due to the Company's August 1, 2019 combination with Houghton International, Inc.
