Twilio Announces Launch of Offering of $1.25 Billion of Its Class A Common Stock
August 5, 2020 4:51 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Twilio Inc. (NYSE: TWLO), the leading cloud communications platform, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $1.25 billion of shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares of Class A common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Twilio. In addition, Twilio expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $187.5 million of shares of its Class A common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
