Second Quarter 2020 Highlights
Declared the quarterly cash distribution of $0.54 per unit. Net income was $22.7 million and net cash from operating activities was $51.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA(1) was $40.0 million and Adjusted EBITDA attributable to Oasis Midstream Partners LP(1) was $25.8 million.
