Vasta Platform Limited Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SAO PAULO, July 30, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Vasta Platform Limited (NASDAQ: VSTA) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 18,575,492 of its Class A common shares at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on July 31, 2020, under the symbol "VSTA" and the offering is expected to close on August 4, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
