Credit Acceptance Announces Second Quarter 2020 Results
July 30, 2020 4:00 PM EDTSouthfield, Michigan, July 30, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Credit Acceptance Corporation (Nasdaq: CACC) (referred to as the Company, Credit Acceptance, we, our, or us) today announced consolidated net income of $96.4 million, or $5.40 per diluted share, for the three months ended June 30, 2020 compared to consolidated net income of $164.4 million, or $8.68 per diluted share, for the same period in 2019. For the six months ended June 30, 2020, consolidated net income was $12.6 million, or $0.70 per diluted share, compared to consolidated net income of $328.8 million, or $17.33 per diluted share, for the same period in 2019.
