CNX Reports Second Quarter Results

Second Quarter Highlights
Reported a net loss attributable to CNX shareholders of $146 million, or a loss of $0.78 per diluted share, including an unrealized loss on commodity derivative instruments of $206 million. Adjusted net income (a non-GAAP measure)(1) was $24 million. Adjusted EBITDAX (a non-GAAP measure)(1) was $212 million.
