Penske Automotive Reports Second Quarter 2020 Results

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., July 29, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (NYSE: PAG), a diversified international transportation services company, today announced second quarter and six months 2020 results. For the three months ended June 30, 2020, the company reported income from continuing operations attributable to common shareholders of $45.0 million, or $0.56 per share, compared to $117.7 million, or $1.42 per share in the prior year. Foreign exchange had no impact on earnings per share. Revenue was $3.7 billion compared to $5.8 billion in the same period last year.
