Packaging Corp. (PKG) Tops Q2 EPS by 10c, Revenues Miss
July 28, 2020 5:22 PM EDTPackaging Corp. (NYSE: PKG) reported Q2 EPS of $1.38, $0.10 better than the analyst estimate of $1.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.54 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.63 billion.
Commenting on reported results, Mark W. Kowlzan, Chairman and CEO, said, In the Packaging segment, our mills supplied the necessary containerboard to achieve a second quarter record for box shipments per day.
