Postal Realty Trust Announces Pricing of Follow-On Offering
July 15, 2020 10:05 PM EDTCEDARHURST, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Postal Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PSTL) (the Company), an internally managed real estate investment trust that owns properties leased to the United States Postal Service (the USPS), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $13.00 per share.
