NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE: JEF) today announced its financial results for the three and six month periods ended May 31, 2020. In addition, the Jefferies Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend equal to $0.15 per Jefferies common share payable on August 28, 2020 to record holders of Jefferies common shares on August 17, 2020.
