(Kratos) (Nasdaq: KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, today announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 13,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $16.25 per share pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC). The net proceeds to Kratos from the offering, after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions, are expected to be approximately $209.0 million.
