Fox Factory Holding Corp. Announces Common Stock Offering
June 17, 2020 5:01 PM EDTBRASELTON, Ga., June 17, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fox Factory Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: FOXF) (FOX or the Company) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 2,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock, with a 30-day option for the underwriters to purchase up to 300,000 additional shares. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
