Shockwave Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
June 16, 2020 8:20 PM EDTSANTA CLARA, Calif., June 16, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Shockwave Medical, Inc. (Shockwave) (Nasdaq: SWAV) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 1,700,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $45.75 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Shockwave. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Shockwave, are expected to be approximately $77.8 million.
