Generation Bio Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
June 11, 2020 9:53 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., June 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Generation Bio Co. (Nasdaq: GBIO), an innovative genetic medicines company creating a new class of gene therapy, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,526,316 shares of its common stock at an initial public offering price of $19.00 per share. In addition, Generation Bio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,578,947 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less the underwriting discount and commissions. All of the shares are being offered by Generation Bio.
