(CSI) (Nasdaq: CSII), a medical device company developing and commercializing innovative interventional treatment systems for patients with peripheral and coronary artery disease, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,676,471 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $34.00 per share.
