PG&E Corp. (PCG) Reports $3.25B Common Share Investment from Multiple Investors
June 8, 2020 6:02 AM EDTPG&E Corporation (NYSE: PCG) today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with a select number of investors, including affiliates of Appaloosa, Third Point LLC, Zimmer Partners and Fidelity Management & Research Company, LLC, that have agreed to purchase an aggregate of $3.25 billion in common stock of PG&E, expected to be issued in a private placement upon PG&Es emergence from Chapter 11.
