Aileron Therapeutics Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
June 3, 2020 4:01 PM EDTWATERTOWN, Mass., June 03, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aileron Therapeutics (NASDAQ: ALRN) announced today that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock. Aileron also intends to grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold in the public offering. All of the shares are being offered by Aileron.
