OraSure Technologies, Inc. Prices Underwritten Offering of Common Stock
June 2, 2020 11:15 PM EDTBETHLEHEM, Pa., June 02, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OraSure Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: OSUR) (OraSure or the Company) today announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 8,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $11.00 per share. After the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses, OraSure expects to receive net proceeds of approximately $82.48 million. In addition, OraSure has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,200,000 of shares of its common stock.
