BioNTech SE (BNTX) Reports Q1 Loss of EUR0.24
May 12, 2020 8:08 AM EDTBioNTech SE (NASDAQ: BNTX) reported Q1 EPS of (EUR0.24), versus (EUR0.21) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at EUR21.82 million, versus EUR22.95 million reported last year.
BioNTech has demonstrated significant progress to date in 2020. We advanced our oncology pipeline, announced the closing of our acquisition of Neon Therapeutics in the U.S., and signed several new value-adding partnerships, said Ugur Sahin, BioNTechs CEO. Most notably, we have rapidly initiated a global clinical development program in Europe and the U.S. for multiple COVID-19 vaccine candidates.
