EVO Reports First Quarter 2020 Results
May 8, 2020 7:01 AM EDTATLANTA, May 08, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EVO Payments, Inc. (NASDAQ: EVOP) (EVO or the Company) today announced its first quarter 2020 financial results. For the first quarter ended March 31, 2020, reported revenue of $111.2 million was flat compared to $111.5 million in the prior year. On a currency neutral basis, reported revenue for the first quarter increased 1.5%. On a GAAP basis for the quarter ended March 31, 2020, the Company recognized a net loss of $13.6 million, an improvement of 29% compared to the prior year. Adjusted EBITDA increased 3% to $31.5 million for the quarter, and on a currency neutral basis, adjusted EBITDA...
